Scott Bakula (STAR TREK - ENTERPRISE) stars as brilliant scientist Sam Beckett, who in experimenting with time travel, loses himself in a perpetual warp that catapults him into the bodies and lives of random people throughout time. While he temporarily inhabits a person's body, Sam also must solve a problem or mystery in that person's life (the solving of which triggers another jump). Continually trying to find a way to his home time, Sam has the help of Rear Admiral Albert Al Calavicci (Dean Stockwell), who appears, only to Sam, in hologram form, and the supercomputer Ziggy (voiced by Deborah Pratt), which provides clues for solving each episode's mystery. This program contains the complete first season of the series.DVD Features:Region 13-Disc Boxed SetFull Frame - 1.33Dual LayerAudio: Dolby Digital 2.0 Sound - Mono - EnglishAdditional Release Material: Interviews - 1. From a Somalian writer, this is the story of Jeebleh, a professor living in New York who returns to his home city of Mogadiscio to take care of family business. The city is in turmoil, with two warring factions that have made the place into a hell of terrorism and mob rule. Jeebleh fears for his own life as he makes his way around a city that has become unfamiliar to him, looking up old friends and trying to find out--to his horror--what was really behind the death of his mother. And the longer he stays, the more he realizes that while he may have left his homeland behind, much of it remains with him.
